To be honest, It was very good before all the new updates and buffs. I think it needs turret buff,tracks buff and penetration buff

Idk others things but Definitely the Penetration buff is necessary.

All I’m asking for is a slight penetration buff on the premium shells (only a slight buff and not like these heavies with 340 base HEAT pen), and make the crew withstand more hits on the hatch, because it seems like they get hit from the air they’re breathing. (And that happens as often as F, even if it’s equipped with protective kit)

mk6 should be better than tanks like the e5 or type 71. it needs more armour, and more prammo pen. everything else is fine

Yeah right, the Chieftain Mk 6 heavy tank needs A premium ammo penetration as A buff because it can barely compete against other heavy tanks.

@@idkronn2614so, You're as good as wanting the E6 to get a turret as strong as a 1B, hull armor as strong as a Type 71, while still retaining the speed, mobility, dpm, and accuracy of the MK.6. Like bruh, Why u need armor buff in MK. 6 while u pack deadly gun and mobility in it Seems like someone had skill issue here

@@robocopvsterminator4594bro, the icon is HT but it plays more like a heavium.... It can't face hts all by itself For a ht to do what you said...go play an e100 or a VK 90, amx m4 54 mle or a superconq...they have the Armor to do it...

The tier 8 chieftain has a better hull than this but the fact that this is quite a fast tank with a perfect gun and pretty good turret just makes it really comfortable

I get penned regardless. I mean, either way, heavies are up close and won’t bother switching to premium, they will just go through the hatch with HE if they insist to, as most if not all have enough accuracy to do so from a close proximity, and some have enough pen on their HE, while TDs are just going to switch to premium and will hardly need to aim on the turret. From my experience, no matter how good you are, as your racking up battles in this tank, you will learn to accept your fate of slow death, which is getting hatched as soon as you poke. That is unless your facing blind or afk players. Other than that, the Chieftain Mk.6 is loads fun.

Because HESH is just HE with good penetration. That “HE” you see on those tanks are actually HESH

One time i was spamming a camping chieftain on dead rail with HE in my e100 and one of the shells actually penned the hatch with 900+ damage lol. It has the same problem that the super conquerer has with HE.

Actually they both perform in similar ways, the only difference being the APCR on mk6 and AP in 215b AP gets more advantage than APCR....but the rear turret of 215b nulls it out...

I always thought they both perform in similar ways....but as you put it, Now I get it why the FV's gun is much better.... Truth be told, I don't have a mk6 so I really don't know how it plays....I only watched multiple replays of it on YT....
