Very nice and simple! I usually add chickpeas in this dish when I cook myself. Also turmeric and garam masal (though it's not like I have it thought out well, I just add the spices I like). Delicious dish whatever the variation though.

I am looking for a chaloo and Gobi recipe and i found this video. I like it because its very simple and easy. And i have challo inside my fridge and i don't to spoil it so i look for some Indian recipe online and i saw this video of yours. I am new to Indian cooking, though since when i meet my bf i have eaten a lot of Indian dishes already. Yesterday i made the Chana masala and my next recipe is this one , i am happy to cook it.We are currently living here in Malaysia ans Indian spices are very easy to find here also, makes my cooking easy as well.

I have tried 3 or 4 other methods of making Aloo Ghobi as well. But, your method it the simplest and the BEST. Depending upon the size that the Aloo and the Ghobi have been cut, I find that I can now judge whether I should put both in together or not. This really is a great way to make a tasty Sabji.
