1 tbsp gram flour
2 spoon desi ghee
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
3 boiled potato
.150 gm paneer
1 chopped onion
chop coriander
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
2-3 whole red chilli
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
ingredients for raita:-
.200 gm curd
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp black pepper crush
chop coriander
1/2 tsp chop green chilli
