As a working man in my 40's and never been to a gym in my life, I was asked by a female neighbour if I could give her a quantity of concrete that I was mixing for a home project as she too had a project, the lady was a fitness fanatic, gym regular and was very well built, I of course was happy to help her as she was a total babe and so I put a mixer load of concrete into a strong plastic container that I had and went to put the container onto the back of her truck but she waved me back and said 'I'll do it' to which I said, 'you'll never be able to lift that dear it's far too heavy for a woman' she replied, 'I'm just as strong as you are, I can do it' well she tried and she tried but she couldn't even move the container let alone lift it, eventually she gave up. At that point I walked over and picked the container up and without any apparent effort placed it on the back of her truck, by that time I was of course full of adrenaline and the concrete felt light and it was literally no strain at all for me to lift. She watched how easily I loaded the 300 lb of concrete and without saying a word just stared at me for maybe 5 seconds then kissed me on the cheek, thanked me nicely and left. I think I gave her a much needed reality check about the physical strength of men

I ain't gonna lie, I'm a fat person, 250 pounds at 5'10 with not much muscle. It is not ok to be fat, it is not healthy at all. It makes me sluggish and always out of breath, I'm constantly having pains and aches. I can't go more then 2-4 hours of being on my feet before they start to hurt.
