I lift in a gym filled with teenagers that lift like shit. All of them. Horrible form, all ego, don't know what lifts target what muscles. I struggle not to give advice, some have asked me for advice on stuff and the poor kids have to listen to me lecture them for about an hr. I just keep it to myself lol

i started to think how we could stop is "feral" women and i came up with a barrier that separates two sides. one side is the normal gym but the other side is for all the women that take videos of themselves. The normal side doesn't allow for videos or pictures to be taken and if found breaking the wall or rule, Will be fined and banned for 3-7 days for technological harassment. Then women’s strength sports became a thing, and women had to train in the gym at certain times, only male trainers were allowed with them. Jump about 100 or so years and some women chose to abuse the liberty now given to them. Women had to fight for equality in sports. Instead of inclusion they gave us our own baseball, soccer, basketball, boxing, MMA and we are still working on Football (professionally speaking) leagues. Respecting people in the gym of ALL GENDERS shouldn’t be that damned hard to do. Someone called for segregated gyms, and I agree. Most men go to the gym to workout, and sometimes they might try to be nice and offer to help. They also look around in between sets because what else is there to do, are they suppose to just look at the ground all the time just in case? Meanwhile after these females are done they go home and post vids and pics of their asses on the internet, and many of them also keep OF accounts...why do they do that if they don't want men to look at them? As someone who has been held up twice by knife, once in public and another time when a psycho neighbour broke into my flat I can't go two minutes in a public space without checking out the area I'm in to make sure everything is kushti. I really want to go back to the gym to supplement the one day a week I do Ju-jitsu but at this point I'd rather save for home equipment in the future because of all this shite.

For a year I was super aware of my surroundings but now 30 years later it’s less paranoia and more habit. If I may, look for various resistance bands for home workouts. They don’t take up space and you can make it as hard or easy as you like. You can exercise more muscle groups and if you’re creative there is nothing you can’t do at home. Took me a few decades to learn that one. And they are far cheaper.

The only way to enforce those rules is to kick someone out if they break them, but it is unconstitutional to deny a constitutional right. As I said, people can still record and it isn't breaking a law but they can be kicked our for not respecting their policies

Gyms aren't public spaces unless municipal property. If you're working out at Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Movati, GoodLife Fitness, and the like, you're working out on private property.

Also current classical or jazz composers and pianists are very old fashioned with sense of humor and humility❤… some are on twitter…. Or also scientists such as Dr, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Dr. Joe Dispenza etc… its worth it and it is extremely great feeling such great humble, loving smart wise and inspiring men exist and try to inspire the world, or they also had loving wives, daughters and sons who are inspired by them. As a woman I feel very inspired and saved to computer lot of quotes by them about it. Life isn’t about materialism or wealth. Its about poetry, beauty, humility, beautiful, nature and the science about it… and it also increases the health and happiness. For example Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Joe Dispenza explain how gratitude, love and empathy from scientific point make you live longer, look younger and be happier, because it increases the enzyme called Telomeres that increases youth healthy and longevity…..so it means if you will love yourself enough to practice, love, self-love, self acceptance and empathy toward other people…. The nature and inner cells are smart enough to give it back to you, to make you happier, healthier, to make you look younger or live longer…. It doesnt matter whether you are single or in some relationship, even single people may practice self-love and happiness and giving gracious attitude by giving someone else compliment. As Dr. Joe Dispenza says our body may make us very h-apy and our body greatest pharmacist in the world, it has its hormones and enzymes of love, creativity and pleasure and happiness, without taking any supplements… it is just on you whether you want to be happy or blame everybody as the television taught you to blame everybody, because televission makes much higher profits from unhappy and broken people…. Happy people buy less products. So its worth to spread love in community. I'd say banning fones is the simplest,easiest & most obvious answer all round tbf!..ohhh,but I guess someone might not like the music they choose/play!..weeelllll I suppose that puts that one under the bus then!..damn..I thought that was a good idea aswell!..
