A lot of people don't realize how big of a role your upper body plays in lower body development or vice versa. It is massively important. In this video I explain why and give you some fixes to increase your squat.

I think a lot of us subs care deeply about your health and well being and would welcome any info that you wanted to share. Also, really appreciate the technique training on squatting. You and Mr. Thrall are helping me get back to squatting after many years of spinal problems. Brian, seeing you bending inward the PVC pipe and then military press with it as you're exploding upwards brings it together for me. That was one missing component. I was pulling the bar inwards, but I think being more mindful of would help me a lot more. I'm going to get one to practice on. Thank you, man! It's good to hear you're recovering! Good for you!!! Yes, hearing about the recovery process would be beneficial. Thank you!

These videos are awesome and taking alot of useful information. I couldn't front squat without doing the zombie, back squat without flairing elbows back (pterodactyl) and never thought of gripping the bar as hard as possible and it does help! Thanks alot!
