main issue ive had with this unit is when you turn ignition off it doesnt always remember track & comes up unreadable & skips the track, which is frustrating on short journeys. I contacted Alpine but they dont acknowledge the fault.

Could I do this on my wv rabbit 09. I want to have a screen just like the one you put on that car. It's it expensive to get all that stuff? I want to do that like a weekend working on the car. I'm still thinking about it to buy it.

What bulbs are you using in that Golf please? This is a halogen version but the lights are very white or blue ice, for this model the bulbs are typically classic yellow, it looks really nice on non-LED version. Thanks in advance!

i have dynaudio installed in my golf 7 highline. 24 month old only, very bad sound quality and crackles in both rear doors.

Stick with the stock until you absolutely need a new unit Once you rip all that stuff out and put it back together it's never the same. You're only going to go nuts with all the new vibrations and rattles

Bonjour,J'ai réalisé mon installation Alpine X901D-G7sur ma golf Carat avec un caisson Focal DSA 500 RT , a l'avant j'ai remplacé les HPs par du focal PS 165FX alimenté avec le caisson Focal DSA 500 RT, je me retrouve plus dans une Golf mais un auditorium.Les mise a jour du X901D-G7 sont toujours en attente , Alpine travail dessus pour ajouter la navigation entre les deux compteurs de la voiture et apporter quelques résolutions a quelques petits problèmes mineurs du X901d-G7
