These speakers are supposed to be waterproof and I discovered that mine... um... mostly survived submersion. I was having a really hard time getting it open to see if there was anything to be done about the power button (which appears to be the only thing to have suffered. This video was a huge help in getting it open. Thank you.

Do you recommend this speaker? How long does the full-volume battery last? Does the magnetic garcardor charge fast? Which is better the Hydrablast? Or the HydraJolt?

i would go with the hydrablast over the hydrajolt but if i have the option to chose other speaker, i would go with other brand such as jbl and sony.

The one i have has been drop multiple times from waist height and still works fine.

@@HBV90 I'm looking for something cheap hehehe although the HydraBlast costs me 63 dollars, is it a good price? I like that it comes with a Qi charger, does the cell phone charge fast?

The one I bought was junk. It held a charge poorly was verily louder than my phone speakers and quit working about the third time I used it but by then was out of warranty. I’d say they are junk or there a bad lot of them being some people say theirs is still working. Mine wouldn’t turn on or charge so I looked to take it apart. But I’m not so sure the batteries are the only thing bad on this. Bought some stuff just after the pandemic and haven’t been satisfied with the quality of the products. I hate electronics anymore because they’re just junk builds and reviews don’t help at all in decision making because they’re a bunch of liars or sell them or whatever. But reviews suck But I did get this apart following your vid. You saying it’s easy and I was struggling to figure out how you just popped the pieces apart being I was prying on them for a bit. End up that I don’t trust the build of the electronics in this one, Might have been built on the wrong day or something but I wasn’t happy at all with it. Thanks for the tear down though 👍

Mine stopped working. They do have a manufacturer warranty if you have your receipt

You must’ve gotten a fake speaker then I’ve had mine for years now I’ve dropped it so many times and still works like new
