I feel like there was just SO many things happening and emotions, I am just so invested in the lore and about Acheron. As I mentioned in the video, she plays SUCH an important part and ESPECIALLY THE "FIND ME." AT THE END?? I don't talk about this quite often but music changes my brain chemicals and so the part where the beat drops really hit my in the feelings. I think it feels like she's going into Madness in the first part and then the second beat drop is like the part where it's changing her fate for the current Acheron now. The thing with the makeup is a reference to how women would carry makeup with them in the case of rain in order to reapply it should it get messed up. She’s mentioned (I believe) she doesn’t need to do it but it’s still a habit for her. Probably part of the reason she alway has her parasol. I’m of the mind that this whole trailer is a metaphor for her finding herself. The person she used to be. I don’t really have much to base that on but I don’t believe the woman applying makeup is anyone else. It’s probably how her mind processes memories without the sword being unsheathed.

When the woman on the screen says "Find me your End, my Origin", im just guessing due to the previous trailer info. But Acheron used to be the bearer of the blade Origin and there was another bearer called The End, plus before she says that line Acheron says she's seen that person before. I believe the Bearer of The End might still be alive or its like you said her mind processes memories without the sword being unsheathed.

**TLDR:** We probably have an even more important thing and finding herself can be part of the philosophical question she has being ab out Absurdism and Existantialism. With the story being fully released, at least 2.1, even if your interpretation is still valid, i think she is not exactly looking for herself. If she follows the "Raiden Mei" path, she is preserving those past memories that she cherishes, and is probably taking the path of absurdism. After facing Nihilism (that whatever you do dont have an objective meaning, linked to how her world disappeared despite all their effort), you can: -make your own meaning (Existantialism), making her choices defining her purpose -embrace the absurdity of her situation, and yet moving forward (Absurdity), the end not mattering, but the struggle during this cycle being what matters. A Self Anihilator generally loses themselves and their memories, but she didnt lose herself thanks to these feelings that she has in her heart, and the memories that remains in her blade. So I think her conflict is about preserving what disappeared everywhere but from her mind. Or she took the path of Existantialism, and decided to reach IX to show that there IS an objective meaning to the world as her memories led her this far (and probably she plans on taking down IX to prove it and become the next Aeon), believing the end will be favorable to her (Which is kinda weird knowing the game if you ask me) Or she took the path of Absurdism, and despite still deciding to reach Nihility's end (and probably kill the Aeon) in order to protect those feelings and memories, she is totally aware that in the end, it is not her that will decide if she will succeed. She is most likely to lose herself like anyone else, and lose the memories (just like how she uses makeup can eventualyl fade). However, she still decided to move forward and not caring about it, because what matters is not the end, but the struggle you put, your rebellion against nothinglessness. Both can reach a paradox, if Acheron doesnt succeed following the existantialism, or if she actually succeeds through the path of absurdism, but i believe it will be more interesting if she was well aware that her chances were almost none, and yet kept fighting on, without believing she could succeed, and succeeded. Ofc, your interpretation is totally valid and the question of finding yourself is kind of close to "Finding your meaning/purpose", and we will need probably more than Penacony to know. However, i believe that regarding what she said in 2.1, the philosophical question behind Acheron's character cannot be ignored.

my game theory is the makeup ad is prob a buried memory of hers leading back to her home and how it was before. cause its my understanding that IX did something to it if the other trailer is correct, and in the process a important person to her passed away as a result fracturing acherons mind to hide the painful memories away, maybe even developing a seperate personality to keep her fragile mental state intact my 2nd theory is she inherited both end and origin blades almost as if the previous wielder maybe was killed or lost their live, which could explain the change of hair color and personality shift, but ye this trailer is hella dripping with honkai impact 3rd crossovers, this could very well be a universe in the sea of quanta where kiana passed away and left mei alone

Heart literally flutters to this music. It is reflected in the chest, not because of the volume, but from... some kind of sensitivity... Her words, her feelings It's like Interstellar, when you just look at something in fascination, not daring to look away I also think that there is a sense of a hopeful future in the last scene... Maybe she was destroying this place in her mind, but this phrase from the advertisement gave her some hope, relief Did Sparkle want to destroy Penacony with her powers, and did she want to die herself?...

By the way when they mention end and origin. Is a reference of hi3 too. They were herrecher of origin and end in the game. Being origin mei in the game and the end may be kiana ? Also, it shows herrecher of thunder that was mei too. She says at the end that everything was in the past now and returned to nihility. Great video there

All jokes aside, I have something interesting for you about this Trailer. We all know that the Girl in the Make-up Ad was basically Raiden Mei from Honkai Impact 3rd, but I want to bring the focus to the fact that she said "Find me... Your End... My Origin." What if Honkai: Star Rail is a Bit Behind the Timeline of Honkai Impact 3rd? What if Mei is saying that Acheron's End is Mei's Origin? What if Acheron is an Earlier version of Raiden Mei in an Alternate Universe? Let me know what you think about this and I'll catch you in your next video Girl!

I'm curious about the interaction between Acheron and Sparkle, the only thing close is that Acheron mentioned it in a dialogue but there was no interaction between them nor did Sparkle talk about Acheron.

Maybe the interaction between them is only in this trailer. Also in this trailer we can see Sparkle's mask vanishing after Acheron used her Ultimate. Not sure if she's got desttoyed too or even that is also an illusion.

@@R4GNAR0G Personally, I think this is an illusion for two reasons. The first is technical. No one will introduce a game character (even more so in gacha) in order to kill him with the next character, this will have a bad effect on sales. The second is the plot. Sparkle is a master of illusions. I think she was after two things: awakening Acheron and destroying Dreamscape.

so ill throw out my theory here. the honkai universe is all about end and rebirth. the wrolds end and are reborn in an infinite cycle. star rail is a new cycle. in third mei is origin and kiana is finality or end. in third they fight together tho. according to the myriad trailer we had it shows that acheron is once again origin but end is not depicted as a character. but it shows acheron destroying end and origin breaking as a result. new sword is created, Naught, or nothing. which would embody nihility. in all likelihood she had to kill kiana, however there are other references to her having a friend who was lost in nihility. this could also be kiana but theres a lack of information. moving on we see in this trailer alit of refrence to mei and saying find me. in third kiana had previous embodiments of herself. this is a trend in the honkai universe. its very much imo refrencing to acheron to find herself. in all likelihood her mind broke when she possibly killed kiana and became the emanator of nihility.. anyways this is my theory. i dont know everything about honkai third so i could very well have some things wrong but this makes the most sense to me. on another note the voice at the end saying find me does sound alot different. it could be her friend or maybe even kiana saying this but i dont think so. i think its mei
