I am a Christian based artist who produces videos that feature step by step tutorials, project shares, happy mail, hauls, shout outs, and product reviews. Occasionally I will share parts of my family's daily life and experiences. My hope is to offer inspiration and instruction in the areas of:
Mixed media
Paper crafts
Repurposing & Upcycling
Storage and organization
Sewing
General crafts
I strive to build a faith based community that supports each other based on respect and shares a love for art through creativity. Please watch some video, paint some paper and glue on some rhinestones cause things are gonna get messy up in here!

Just a note that might help you. 😊 When cutting the piece for the back, if you’d rotate the paper clockwise, one time, to your right, you should be able to put your beautiful corner on the outer edge on the back...just as you did on the front. 😃 I hope this helps you. 😊 Your art is gorgeous! Also, when working with paper, it’s best not to use a water based glue. If you’ll get a bottle of Fabritek or Fabrifix (same product sold under two names...I have no idea why), I think you’ll love how it doesn’t pull or warp paper. It’s acetone based. It’s expensive, so you’ll want to use your coupon...around $12.

This is a beautiful pack of paper . Paper Studio is a Hobby Lobby brand and as of now, October, 2018, it is still available. Love the video and I got some good ideas from it.

I'm like 7 minutes into this video and I'm already so grateful to see that someone else has a hard time with measuring. I find it so tedious and I'm terrible at it. Nice to know I'm not alone in not enjoying that part. :)

Everyone has the colors they like and will tend to use them more. I Iike the greens together. I probably would have used more of the colors in the flowers. Just my personal choice.

Thank you so much!!!!! I have wanted to make a junk journal....but I get so many nice supplies to make it! BUT....Idon't sew and don't want to put all the holes in the spine!!! I CAN DO THIS!!!!! AND I can use my pretty scrapbook paper inside too! I'm SO relieved there's an altered book!!!!!!! Now I won't be so anxious as to whether I can do it or not!!!!!! Thanks a lot#!!!!!!

Love this Altered Composition Notebook. Just beautiful. This paper pad is one of my all time favorites. I used up the ones that I had, and then my husband hunted some down for me on Ebay. Paper Studio is Hobby Lobby's brand. Michael's Brand is Recollections.

Faith when glueing I use my brayer instead of credit card. It saves worrying about tearing the paper and still does a good job.

An idea for your string wrap around is to braid it. That will make it thicker and give it some weight and strength.
