Dude, there is no scientific evidence that any of the ingredients in Growplex block DHT. You're misleading people by claiming this product will have the same effect as Finasteride, when in fact it won't. Anyone who switches from Finasteride to this is going to progress further into male pattern baldness.

Amazing video once again Amit! Definitely the one I always prefer to watch. Wanted to ask about Growplex, should I use this on my transplanted area whilst I’m on 3rd month (not completed full 3) or should I wait 6 months until I see my regrowth? Dermaroller and scratching my head in my current state might not be best due to the months passed for me haha! My scalp will also be the weakest area although I did have some grafts inserted there! Thanks as always bud

Thanks Asad! Regarding growplex, you can use the foam only (without the dermaroller) for the first 6 months on the crown area (as that is where its intended for). After that, you can use the Derma roller together with the foam to get the full benefits. I'd say it's fine to use on your 3rd month just dont use the dermaroller until after 6! By the 6th month your scalp will be less prone to itchiness so it will be better then 😊

Hi Bro, I am 9 days post op now and I only do the moisturiser and shampoo they provided and have been in Fin 1mg for over 2 yrs. They have only recommended I keep taking Fin in my plan. I'm gonna do my scab wash on Wednesday in 2 days. I basically had frontal recession and thinning crown. 3500 in front and 500 in crown. 👍🏼🙏🏼

Thanks man! I actually JUST finished both after 7-8 months of usage. I had 4 bottles of the GF serum and just 1 bottle of the Harrex spary. I used them pretty sparingly but they lasted me that long! I didnt get any of the harrex vitamin tablets because i had my own vitamin B abnd B complex together with biotin tablets at home already that basically did the same thing. Hope that helps!

I got my hair transplant a month before you in Vera clinic and ours looks similar. My crown needs another transplant but my donor areas isn't good enough.. You are now trying to make money off your hair transplant with products you have no idea if really work or not.. A low key scam but still a scam.

Not entirely a scam because the product contains minoxidil so it will do something but...meeh...not really worth the money nor the hassle.

@@Mark-on3nl im really sorry to hear that you feel this way towards me and this product. I'm merely showcasing what I think would be useful to others, just as what I believe is useful to me. I understand where you are coming from but as someone who still has hair loss at the back of my head, I'm willing to try out what works and what doesn't. And yes I do have a discount code but I only do that for products that I believe in. I wouldn't recommend anything that I didn't think had value to my audience. HEllo Amid, you talked about the side effect of finasteride pills but didn't disclose the serious side effect of finasteride which will develop prostrate cancer. I was thinking to start but when i have seen pharmaceutical documentation clearly says about developing serious side effect of prostrate cancer i decided not to take it. My suggestion pumpkin seed oil capsules 400 mg alternative method to block dht its was told by one indian doctor on youtube!!

Hi Amit, does it take longer for the mid scalp hair to grow/show-up when compared to the front/hair line? I’m 5 months in and I’ve definitely seen improvement but, my mid scalp is rather empty. I had a full coverage done with 6500 grafts and I don’t quite see them pop out on my mid scalp. Pls kindly advice buddy:)

i do think the hairline comes in quicker than the midscalp only because there is a wider surface area that is covered. over time to does catch up eventually but usually from what I know is that clinics typically put more focus on the hairline with more grafts as that is the first thing people "see" after words.

The medication regrows hair only if the follicles haven't got passed the point of no return (> 50% minituarization). In your case, at best, you will get some baby hairs that will never mature to be thick dark hairs. That is why this is called preventive treatment, it needs to be started very early for it to actually produce noticeable results. Sorry to give you bad news but your crown is probably not going to recover since it's kinda slick bald at this point. You're better off scheduling that 2nd surgery if you want your crown back. And after that you can add some SMP in the mix to give the illusion of another 20% more fullness which will bring very close to a full head of hair.

Youre probably right, but for now I do want to give it a shot regardless, I guess you could say I literally have nothing to lose 😂. I'm planning to do my second one at some point next year so I'll use what I can until then. Thanks though for your advice!

@@amitposthair One tip I can give is to speak to a doctor in the US (I assume you live in the US) and get a prescription for a topical finasteride + minoxidil. It's the best combo and no side effects from the topical finasteride. But do keep an eye out for those sneaky minoxidil sides like swollen face, dark circles under your eyes and aged skin. Minoxidil kills the collagen production in the skin so something to be aware of.

Hey man! I actually tried avoiding touching my head as much as possible at least for the first 2 weeks (that's when healing is completed), unless it was to apply the moisturiser and shampoo when showering. Besides that I never massaged my head or hair. I only started touching more of my head after the first 2 weeks and then slowly massaged when needed but never did it as often. I would only massage when I was applying the aftercare serum to my head. Hope that helps!

@@amitposthair Thanks buddy! Just one more thing to ask you do you wash your hair everyday? When you wash do you use shampoo everytime or you just wash it with water? The reason I am asking this because after using hair serum scalp gets really oily.

@@minarahamed482 initially I would wash it every day wish shampoo But after the 2nd month I would switch to once every other day. The serum does get oily but i also usually don't over use it so it's not too oily for me. But yeah i would suggest just keep shampooing everyday until the second month and then you can switch to once every other day it will be fine

Gotta say, I'm rather disappointed in this video it's basically just an AD with of course your discount code with zero mention of what's in the formula percentages etc. Also doing Microneedling straight after the application of the topical Minoxidil isn't as straight forward for many people. As a general rule they say you shouldn't use any form or Minoxidil until 24 hours post Microneedling in case of irritation or unwanted side effects. Doing it the way you're doing can potentially cause many people added scalp irritation burning, itching, not to mention inflammation. Obviously it's opening up raw micro channels especially if the formula has any added citric acid, propleyne glycol, alcohol or eucalyptus, ginger etc.This really should have been explained in more detail if the care for the viewer was in mind rather than it coming across just an AD. I've looked at the ingredients "Growplex"and Alcohol was the second ingredient from the top of list after Water, for people who already have a slight sensitivity it's not ideal and it's obviously going to be very drying generally. I also see Minoxidil at the very bottom of the ingredient list so it would be interesting to know what the percentage is ?. It seems like a fluffed up version of Minoxidil regardless of percentage that's over priced that can be bought for less elsewhere.

Hey man! Thanks for your honesty about this. I appreciate it. I'm still new to this whole KZfaq thing with ads or sponsors so your feedback here is very valuable to me. You're right I should have mentioned what's in the formal percentages as well as take into concern about the viewers and how they're reaction would be to minoxidil and microneedling. What is showcased is of course very specific to me and only portraying what was recommended by the product as well. Everyone will have different reactions no doubt, but for me that was what worked. In any case, the product does say it has 5% minoxidil on the front of the bottle itself, along with biotin vitamins and others. My assumption was that those who were interested would click the link and explore the product for more details on their website, but I'll keep it in mind to mention such things in my videos for the future. Again, I appreciate your feedback and will definitely try to improve in future videos. I hope you'll still enjoy them. Thanks bro 🙏

@@amitposthair Seriously, I understand the need for sponsors but you just sound like a shill in this video. A topical minox formula does not block DHT and you still take fin. If this video focused on lowering dosage of fin instead of promoting this as a DHT blocker it would have been a more honest take. Not cool to lie.

You can use 0.5 fin every other day. Maybe add dutasteride once a week, continue with minoxidil and derma rolling. Please stop the snake oil salesmen bit. Most people in the hair loss community know what’s scientifically proven to be effective. The newbies that are still learning and the desperate fall for the snake oils. Best to stay out that lane bro. Won’t do your rep any good.

yeah i agree i did try 0.5mg every other day and it was fine. what you've mentioned is completely accurate with other ways to help with protecting or enhancing your current hairs. As for the salesmen bit, i actually do like this product. I've been using it everyday and ive seen some results with it! i only recommend things on my channel I believe can help others, but i understand where you're coming from. Using something that is scientifcally proven vs something that is not does make a difference in judgment. I'll leave that to my audience but i'm just recommendeing something that i use everyday that has proven results for me!
