In this video we demonstrate an alternative way to wire a 4 way switch in your Telecaster.
Classic or typical 4 way wiring has the series mod in position 4 and the parallel combo in position 2 (either side of neck only)
Some players prefer to have the series mod in position 3 - meaning both series and parallel combinations are next to each other in the switching and neck pickup only is in position 4 - this is more logical or natural to some players.
Position 4 - bridge pickup
Position 3 - bridge + neck (parallel)
Position 2 - bridge + neck (series)
Position 1 - neck pickup

Components used:
2 x CTS 250k potentiometers
1 x Oak Grigsby 4 way switch
1 x Switchcraft USA 1/4'' jack socket
1 x 0.047uF capacitor
Gavitt cloth wire to suit
Heat shrink tubing to suit.
