Thank you for the informative video. I made the mistake of signing a contract that said that if the employer and I had any disagreements then we would have to go through arbitration. We have a disagreement but he gives many excuses for not wanting to go through arbitration. How can I force him to go through arbitration?

We can't give legal advice, but in general, note that even an arbitration clause can be enforced by a civil action.

Depending upon your jurisdiction, you may approach the local court with a motion to compel arbitration.
