Looks super easy fars as replacement but only thing I would highly recommend please put power cable on first then the negative battery cable cause putting on the positive battery cable will power to the system then you want to put ground to the system not following those directions will cause some serious damage to some sensors on your car which is called a voltage spike they very costly I toke a electrical class in automotive school and I have a associates degree and automotive autobody and computers.

Damn shame I got my genuine 80 amp alternator since 97 in my Celica Turbo thought Toyota would've held up at least ten years ty though God bless you

I suspect the wrench used to loosen to belt tensioner to be longer than the average one as to get to the bolt , 12 inches or ? And would it matter if the wrench was open end or closed end ?

Any idea when belt tensioner would need to be replaced ?
