Yeah, agree. For example, when I thougth I was a pure Natural (apparently I'm a DC) I realised just how much of a difference there is between soft natural and flamboyant natural. The gap is HUGE!!?

Liz Taylor's wedding journey is fascinating! Reflecting the different era's and vibes of each marriage. Starting off traditional 1950's bride, different colours and shorter dresses for subsequent weddings including a scarf headdress for her conversion to Judaism. Cute baby doll yellow for 60's wedding Burton #1, Hippy rainbow 70's wedding Burton #2, Winter fur and turban wedding then back to traditional bride in the 80's! Gotta love her😘

I love Olivia Palermo’s non-typical wedding look. I’m pretty sure she’s wearing shorts under that long tulle and lace skirt and not a mini skirt, and her shoes were bright blue. She did a great job finding something different and out of the ordinary while still looking bridal. The look is about the marriage and not about the dress and I love that.

Sarah Jessica Parker as flamboyant natural? She's quite short with 160 cm, and also she has a bit wierd propotions as a flamboyant gamine has. I think she's too short to be fl-nat, also she has a petite shoulder and back with short legs and quite long arms. Besides I think she has quite large head to her body (this is the very gamine propotion). I think she's quite a tipical fl-gamine, or at least gamine.

I am absolutely stunned by the beauty of Audrey Hepburn's dress. The sleeves are amazing for her. But there were so many other gorgeous dresses also, for example I really liked the fit of Tracee Ellis Ross' dress. My favourite part of the video was the ongoing saga of Elizabeth Taylor's weddings.😀

4:00 I have to disagree with Kibbe... Suppose a woman has the stature and vertical line of a "soft Natural" and the flesh type of a "flamboyant Natural" -- or that she lacks the narrowness of a "flamboyant Gamine" yet simultaneously lacks the dollish overall essence of a "soft Gamine". How would we classify such women!??

Hi Aly, could you do a video series regarding business/work wear for the different body types? As a soft natural (or at least someone who most identifies as a soft natural), it can be really frustrating when looking for business/work wear that suits my body without making me look too casual for a work/formal/business setting.

I have no idea how Sarah Jessica Parker can be flamboyant natural. I've seen her once and she is super petite. I'm 162 cm (and romantic) and she was definitely shorter and more fragile looking. Kim Cattrall might be flamboyant natural, but she and SJP look totally different.

Yes, I was also confused to hear, that she should be a FN… Specially cause her Head is looking big compare to her body. For FN it’s more the oposite, the Head looks smaller. I agree with you, she can‘t be FB 😅

I have a hard time telling the difference between between classic and natural sometimes, especially the soft varieties. They both look "normal" to me, nothing is particularly big or small, not particularly tall or short.

Great content Aly, but where is Kate Middleton Wedding Dress? That is officially the most talked dress of the century! And also I’ve noticed you less and less talk about the cons of the outfit, obvious missteps in creating the outfit for particular body type… like everybody looks great 🧐, which is not helpful at all.
