I’m a huge makeup fan - but I’m mostly into like indie eye shadow palettes and multichrome eyeliners. I haven’t tried Merit at all but I might look into it. Since I do very dramatic eye looks (sometimes with blush too) I tend to be very minimalistic with my skin and lips.

Hey Alyssa I understand your need for sponcon (sponsored content), so please continue collaborating with brands, but may I make some other suggestions? 1) Would you consider adding timestamps to your videos? It could be as simple as 'Tip 1,2... Etc' to help us navigate - & also as a useful checklist for reviewing the tips at the end. 2) Perhaps you could reorder some of the content? I know you might not want to lump *all* of the ad part together (though some viewers may prefer being able to skip it entirely lol) but I honestly got a little distracted by the mini makeup in-between reviews (because tbh it sounds just like what my 'all fingers, no brush' MO needs lol) to the point where I forgot some of the previous tips 🙈 Guess this harkens back to my first suggestion of some sort of review/ recap at the end. Thanks for all that you do & for your tips - hope my suggestions don't offend you! Just reporting from the other side, as a subscriber ☺️

Refreshing to see someone not layer on piles and piles of foundation, correctors, contouring, etc etc… I find a lighter approach far more appealing.
