However, there are only a handful of new LEGO sets releasing in July, so today I thought it would be more fun to answer an important question - Am I a BIG LEGO Liar? Because we're at the halfway point of 2023, we're going to look back on my past LEGO shopping predictions and see if I only bought what I said I would buy, or if I am, in fact, a BIG LEGO LIAR.

This video is immediately outdated because I just bought Eldorado, Ghost Rider, Ninjago spinners, a Spider-Man lighthouse(?), and $100 of Disney BrickHeadz. Feel free to judge me but it will not be as harsh as my judgement against myself.

Great funny video Its fun seeing if you went according to plan or not You didn't buy the Hogwarts banner set 😅 Yellow color😅 A lego lyre would be cool actually, i would support it. I missed the Disney 100 GWP, Lego should have a lot more stock of awesome GWPs that have a good threshold

I just had to go back through the video to find that clip. I can say with 100% honesty that I have no memory of buying that set and have no idea where it might be right now. But I think you found the one set I bought from my "Never" category.

I'm pretty resigned to tentpole sets now, couple big ones a year. So, spending is still up, but actual number of boxes is down. So...win? Side note, you going to Houston?

I'm with you in just picking up a few big sets per year, but I also love picking up a dozen small(er) sets for the same price as one big one, oftentimes in addition to one big one. Hence my problem. I don't think I'm making it to Houston this year. A lot easier to justify a sub-two hour trip, but Houston is just a bridge too far. Or should I say an overpass too far. (I hate driving in Houston)
