I have tried the same steps on the PC3000 and for some reason the drive wasn't decrypted as it was showing in the video. Any reason why it was not decrypted?

Hi Sir, I have bought new Lenovo laptop, after 2 month of using . I got bitlocker screen . I've never seen it before. So I don't have they key on Microsoft account or saved on on file. Is there a possible to recover the hard drive. I have my wedding video on this laptop. which is only important file. is there a chance ? window is new but bitlocker drive id is old i dont know the bitlocker id password and recovery key what cani do
