I believe that it was a harness there's a hook right I. Her ears so it looks like trunchbull is holding the pigtails and the trunchbull needs to be strong enough to not hurt amanda

My cousin played her in the west end and basically they hold her by the harness, swing her around then when I goes dark she ran into the audience via underneath the stage and a doll gets drop and she stands up.
