I keep my bread in the fridge since it last longer. I toast it after. Make sure the bag is sealed so it won't get dry.

Another awesome Amanda & Felix Eats vid! Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet in the comments, but Costco sells a pack of fresh smoked salmon. It's quite reasonable and I pretty much eat the whole pack myself. Deliciousness. Have a great week, guys!

Smoked salmon bagels are the best. If you ever make it to the mainland try to find a First Watch. They have the best smoked salmon Benedict 🤤

OH man, I used to LIVE at 9Bar before the pandemic. I would spend all day working there at least 3 - 5 days a week. I love their jump start. :-)

Wish I could have been at that craft fair. For years prior to the pandemic, we would come to Oahu to go to the Made In Hawaii festival at Blaisdell. Haven't been able to attend since they started again (at Ala Moana). Maybe you guys can go this year and allow us to attend vicariously.

Aloha Amanda and Felix, if you guys live here in San Diego we'd give you a bunch of succulents. Momcation has a garden full of them. If you like lox bagels, you should also try Kalapawai Market's version. We go to the Kapolei restaurant but of course, there's the original Kailua one. Also your choice of bagel but nothing beats the everything bagel.
