How cool! I actually tried to look little d ring pieces up before this video because I shoved the hooks without the d rings inside the little vachetta loops as my own fix to a handbag on this lol but I was thinking, long term it’s probably not going to be good wear and tear! So I ordered d rings so that I could make it proper and I did the screw on ones too! Great minds think alike!

Thanks for sharing. I was hesitant at first to do this coz I dont want to damage the pouch. It was not as easy to make the bar fit inside that small gap but I manage to do it. Im glad I did and it looks like a brand new small purse and im loving it so much. Perfectly fit for my Iphone 7+, card holder, coin pouch and a lipstick and you are ready to go!

Hi Amanda you are a genius. I bought Gm and Pm size in France last week . Got the D ring from Amazon from the link you have given ,bought a vachetta strap for Gm size and a chain for the Pm size tadaaaa,, bags are ready to use. I phone 8 plus fits into both the sizes and x fits into GM size ;when I ordered D rings from Amazon , they send 4 pieces in one packet ? So I managed to fix the D rings into both the sizes without much effort . Thank you so much for your brilliant idea. BTW don’t tell LV about it , they may stop adding that leather attachment to it.LOL

How are you finding using the GM as a bag? Did the tabs holdup ok - any signs of the stitches coming lose or tears on the leather tabs? I’m thinking of buying the GM pouch to use as a bag but worried the tabs will tear with use. Thanks
