Video idea: I would love to see a video using older/OG products to create a current face of makeup. I think a lot of us are still hanging on to makeup products that we may consider outdated just because they feel specific to a certain era or style of makeup, but with a little troubleshooting or creativity they could feel fresh again

This is a great idea! Like someone mentions stippling on a small amount of the dream matte mousse, maybe trying that method over an extremely moisturized face?? Idk? I am more interested in sheering out a small amount of a high coverage product than I am in building up many layers of low coverage products.

I wear Misha BB, NARS tint and Yummy Skin Skin tint more than anything else. I like the Rose Inc and Chanel water tint for low makeup days. I don’t need a lot of coverage but I have wrinkles.

I would definitely like to hear more about the Glossier Stretch Foundation and especially how it compares to the concealer as far as shade and coverage. Their concealer is my favorite of all time because it never clings to my dry spots or looks cakey so I'd be interested to know if I should expect the same from the foundation.

CloveRoom & HauteMessTom seem to really enjoy it! It apparently applies best w/ the fingers, so that is probably not gonna work for some people out there. It seems to be very skin-like - hydrating, not overly dewy. If they had a shade for me, I'd def be interested!

Cream foundations are a classic for a reason. In days gone by, they were a stage makeup staple, too. Now, more brands are creating more makeup/skincare hybrid versions. Well worth a re-visit, in my opinion. Thank-you for sharing your overview and thoughts on your very extensive collection.

I gasped in delight when I saw this video! Foundations are definitely one of my ultimate favourite products too (that and blush!). Would love to hear more about the Hourglass veil skin tint and how it compares to the Fenty eaze drops and Summer Fridays tint. I would also love to see that "makeup products everyone should try once" video. What a great idea. Also, love that you actually put down all the products you talk about in the description bar - helps so much.

Shiseido Synchro Skin is my HG foundation! Longevity is great still looks fresh at the end of the day. Doesn't settle on pores. Would like to try the skin tint version in the future since Shiseido products are quite pricey. Can't find a drugstore dupe.

I would love a ‘classics’ video! Love these declutter videos; you always give great details. In Mac foundations the nc signifies warm tones and nw means cooler tones. It’s completely backwards. I think Haus Labs is the same. Editing to add that the EL Double Wear sheer is amazing! I used it for a couple years and really liked it. I plan on purchasing another one once I’ve used up some of what I already have.

My cousin used the EL Double Wear Sheer and loves it! I can't use it because of the fermented ingredient giving me fungal acne but that's specific to me. Not enough people have talked about tht either

Haus Labs is the same as MAC because Gaga's key makeup artist used to work for MAC, and when Haus Labs did their foundation, she brought over the nomenclature. (Personally I think undertone classification across all (western) brands is BS.)

I would love to hear more about the glossier stretch foundation, I have it and its one of my favorite foundation formulas. But I'd love to see a comparison video with that foundation and ones with a similar formula. It would help me decide if I should repurchase it again or go with something new next time!

I would definitely like to see a cream foundation video, especially your application techniques. Cushion foundation Video would be awesome too. Also, regarding the Purito BB cream : we are skin twins, and the shade 21 is a perfect match in the Purito. Like the Missha, it also has that greyish color when you pump it out. I prefer the Purito to the Missha, BUT, I tried the Heimish BB last year and I think it's even better! ❤❤❤

I’m extremely interested in a stick foundation review, especially the Fenty vs Ulta ones. I swatched these in store recently, and they both have good shades for me, so I’m trying to decide which one to try. I’ve also been thinking about the MOB cream foundation as well, and I’m curious about how it compares to the Blunder Cover one.

Id love to see a skin tint review- Caliray, Rare Beauty, Summer Fridays, Hourglass , Danessa Myricks, Chanel Waterfresh tint/touch, Ciele, Shiseido even Surratt dew drops or Koh gen doh. I have a couple of these and are thinking of adding a new one but maybe I already have the best of the best! I think this would be so valuable before the spring sales! I love these deep dives. I know it’s time consuming and I for one really appreciate the effort. PS I just picked up one of Lisa’s Matte lipsticks while on holiday in London. We have similar coloring and I never hear about the shade Velvet Rain but it’s absolutely gorgeous. You might enjoy that one:)

I really like the Glossier Stretch Foundation (although mix in some Futuredew to reduce the coverage) and the No7 foundations are so good! I think I'd like the It Cosmetics Nude Glow but couldn't find my shade, found the same shade as in the OG was so much darker, had to return it.

I don't know why people aren't talking about the Glossier foundation because the ingredients look awesome and it has the texture of the Mizon Snail Repair BB Cream which I LOVE. I think maybe because it hasn't been hyped by influencers nor did the brand no much PR. I don't know but I want to know about it!

Video idea would be a roundup comparison of all your high spf foundations/skin tints! We still wear spf underneath but I personally always choose a base product with high spf (40+) in the summer for a little boost. 😊

I love how regularly you do things like this because I just came back to your account to see which shisedo foundation of the two you like. I didn’t think the refreshing one was the favorite between the two, but wanted to make sure I remembered right. Even though I am twice your age, perhaps because of our dry skin and similar aesthetic, so many of your recommendations work well for me. I still need to try Synchro foundations! Two of my favs from 2023 were the HG Veil Tint and Rituelle de Fille. Veil is perfect for an every day no makeup look. And I get a beautifully radiant medium coverage with just two drops of the RDF. I love them both on their own, but one of my fav ways to wear them is to mix 1 drop of RDF into Veil to add a touch more coverage....perfection!

I purchased the shishiedo origional in 2023 based on your video of the comparison between the 2 in 140 and have now repurchased it 3 times. I love it so much. We are also shade twins and I have dry skin, so you Chanel is so helpful to me when sorting through foundations. I recently purchased the new shisheido foundation in 140 as well and love it too! Thanks for your great content! I really love these videos. I love foundations and really appreciate the time you take to go over each one. I think I might try the new saie or the fenty stick next. Another favourite of mine is the Westman Atelier stick foundation. I wanted to try the merit but I didn’t like the color matching options, where as the WA one I matched much better.

I would love to have a video on skin tints but also considering oilier skin. I find that every video I watch for foundation for oily skin always recommends full coverage foundations and of course I love my double wear but some times I want a skin tint or a light coverage!

I could only get it from Iherb as we don't get the full product range in Aus, so I took a wild guess on the colour (the lightest shade is ever so slightly too dark, but it's so flawless on the skin that you can barely tell). I could write an essay about how beautiful this is, but I won't. I wouldn't have bought it without you!! Thank you for the recommendation! 🥰 Also I've been using Missha Perfect cover for the last 14 years and it's something I always go back to and remember why I love it so much every time I wear it. I have shade 13 (the lightest) and it's ever so slightly too pink for me, but it hasn't ever stopped me wearing it. It's also one that mixes beautifully with other foundations if you do want to play with texture or shade. I apply both with my fingers most of the time, but they are both buildable if necessary. I also love the Shiseido Synchro Skin Self Refreshing Tint - not high coverage like the foundation, but still gorgeous. No one ever talks about it! I think you'd like it 😊

Thanks for another great video - always such helpful information! I'd love to see a review and/or comparison using the Ulta Beauty Moisturizing Foundation stick. I bought it when I saw a youtube creator comparing it to the Tom Ford stick foundation - she felt the Ulta one was a dupe for the Tom Ford, so I had to give it a try......and I absolutely love it on my super dry skin. (Noting that I've never had a good result with most stick foundations due to my dryness, textured skin and lines). The Ulta really surprised me in the best way!

Please make a "justice for the dream matte mouse foundation" video! I firmly believe the foundation is great but we simply did not have the education and tools back then to apply it in a flattering way. I know for myself and my friends we would simply dig into the pot then spread it all over like a moisturiser 💀
