KLM crew: weird, sarcastic, asking if a could-care-less-teenager on a plane feels fine but not asking my adult neighbor who had problems if they were fine, telling people not to open things that may contain peanuts because some a$ has an allergy. Well, I opened my peanuts. Nobody died. Rude crew.

The Dreamliner is also my favorite aircraft ever. I had the chance to fly with British Airways and Air France on the same aircraft. Always a pleasant experience. I had those videos on my channel

We flew back from AMS to JFK on this Nov15. It’s very impressive of their flight attendant. They all friendly and sweet. Economy seat is roomy. Always has negative review before online about KLM and never consider this airline, but after this trip, I think people should give a shot and try it for their future trip to Europe.

Wow, KLM B787 special livery is so amazing, you got a really nice wing view too! Cool trip report, you're so lucky to fly on a B787-10. Many airlines in my country operated the B787 many years ago but I have no chance to fly on it because the airlines use it for long routes =(( I will try to book a flight with a B787 as soon as possible.

I laughed at the being a Window guy and hating the 3-3-3 layout because I 100% agree - I love everything about the 787’s except for that (reason alone why the A330’s are my favorite aircraft)

We were on that same flight a few days before you. We also did not like the beef but enjoyed the rest of the meal. Yes, the seats were a little hard. We flew back home on the return flight the day before yesterday. First time sitting at the bulkhead row. Loved how I could just stretch out my legs and liked that I could just walk around the person sitting on the aisle seat without disturbing him. Thank you for this video.

The Dutch make nice sandwiches. I took my first KLM flight in 1957 on a DC-6 from Vienna to Amsterdam. They always served nice meals.

Semsem Eini Maybe the food was good in 1957. It’s just your average slop these days. KLM has lost some of its stigma but compared to some others it’s decent. My flight on. kLM 787 was from AMS to DEL and it wasn’t very comfortable due to the 10 across seating configuration on that model. This one looks like 9 seats across the cabin in economy, which would be much better.

Great video. I also had the opportunity to fly in KLM 787 between Amsterdam and Dubai and the flight attendant started to joke regarding to not have chicken as an option. I dont have an video about that, but I have of the flight

Nice video. On AF recently there was someone taking a LOT of selfies, so many that the steward asked to see them to make sure they were really private selfies and not there to annoy some passengers. The crew did It really professionally and I get that. But you do a wonderful job masking people and I'm sure if someone ask you to not film him you will obey. Continue the hard work.

@@amandeuce That can be true. I only had an issue with London Heathrow for flight BA289 before boarding when a security officer with a TSA Clipboard saw it. However, he was very nice about it and I respected it on grounds of How polite he was. After I was past it, no problem after that. When I flew with British Airways and other airlines, they didn't bother asking me to stop filming because I use my Phone to record my flight reviews.

I would agree with comment remarking that the flight attendant as you were de-boarding was just playing with you/being ironically sarcastic. I do sort of remember that being the Dutch culture. I once matched with a Dutch guy (actually a flight attendant) on a dating app and I took to his personality with some difficulty. I think he was a little unstable, but culturally, he sort of woke me up to the ironic persona/humor of the Dutch - there were times I thought he was really not happy with me or just being rude to me for the sake of it when he was really just being, well, Dutch. It can be very very hard for Anglo-Americans to deal with.

Unfortunately, they changed planes and I was on a 777, which is just horrible. Did manage to get on a 787 last February and it truly makes a world of difference.

last year flew KLM from Muscat to Amsterdam via Dahran (Damman arabie saoudite)...7 hours ....a nightflight. we only got one hot sandwhich as food and we were starving....in Dahran (Arabië saoudit) a bunch of women dressed in black potatoo sacks entered the plane....

The 787 may uses less fuel but A-350 gives more space and comfort for all passenger seating classes ... But must admid that the best passenger plane for long haul flights I enjoyed the most will be 747-400 and A-380 ….

Flew that exact same route 9 days later. Probably the easiest and most relaxing flight I’ve had in a while. Love KLM, responsible yet very relaxed cabin crew. Flight was surprisingly comfortable.

The best way to visit Liverpool, at 30 000+ feet ! Wings wise I like the 787 and A380 just because it is so massive in width and depth. I think the 777 wing is rather boring now to 787 or aircraft like the A350 with sexy wingtips, the 777x should fix that of course.

No personal experience, but from watching a lot of videos like this it seems it depends on the airline and the whim of the flight crew. Most don't seem to mind, some (like this one) say it's not allowed but don't really care, and a few get really nasty about it, to the point of threatening repercussions.

I thought I was the only one. Flew them to Atlanta early this year on the 787-9 and the seats were so so hard and it was very warm inflight. Very uncomfortable. I hate that they took away the individual air conditioner in the cabin, is this an airline choice or this is how they’re being manufactured? Either way I hate it.

ben dentijger first timen flying with the 787 and I thought there was enough room. I’m 1.84 or 6’1”. No complaints whatsoever. Easiest flight I’ve had in a long time. Usually I hate flying that stretch because they used to fly an old 767 or a330.

Although i'm Dutch, i am not much of a fan of KLM anyhow ... Dutch humor of the flight attendant could also been expressed by: "Oh my goodness, you have been flying with us? That's not allowed... But, how come you did...?" (just kidding ok?)

The minute I saw the seats @ 2:38, I knew these would be uncomfortable with no cushion. I now know I'm to avoid KLM on flights longer than 2 hours. Thanks for the awesome video, as per yoozh!
