I love this guy, because with all of the cakes that look exactly like real objects it's usually just all fondant and one tiny piece of cake (not that those people aren't talented! but less thought is given to edibility it seems), and with him he always gives thought to flavors and how it will taste and incorporates it into everything. like, I'd LOVE to taste that. it's so cool to see.
