Chocolate Caramel Luggage!

11 ай бұрынThis creation is overly indulgent. It is my version of a "travel cake" (a cake you can keep at room temperature).
It is composed of a chocolate crunchy base, four layers of soaked chocolate brownie sponge, three layers of hazelnut spread, and three layers of soft vanilla caramel. Every single decorative element is crafted 100% out of chocolate.
This is the perfect cake to take with you everywhere!

The amount of detail put into every one of your creations is fascinating! And it looks so realistic too. Most realistic cake creators usually don't pay much attention to how the cake tastes, but yours looks like you put much thought into the taste and look of the interior aswell. Your skills and talents really show in every one of your creations!

Think about all the skills required! He has to sketch it all out beforehand, and figure out how to make something architecturally sound. So master sculpter, painter, baker, drawer, and architect. And a teacher for his chocolate courses in Vegas! I love this man!! I feel as though everyone’s creativity is being siphoned to him, because he truly seems superhuman in his talent.

I think the only thing that amazes me more than his perfect craftsmanship is his patience and taking his time to get every little detail flawless! It’s only a 3 1/2 minute video. I can’t imagine how long it takes in real life!! ❤

I would like to wager a guess and say no he loves his job I mean wouldn’t you if you were this talented and a professional chocolatier that gets to work with chocolate every day he’s so god tier talented that he teaches other chocolatiers how to do chocolate sculptures which I think is really cool

See, this is where chocolate as a medium comes into its own. This looks incredibly delicious, unlike most of those large sculptures that are just hard dark chocolate through and through, which noone would want to eat.
