These are my favorite things you do. The chocolate sculptures you make are ludicrously impressive, but they ARE all chocolate. Now THESE, which look both really impressive AND delicious in terms of what's all in it, make me salivate that much more.

Maybe adding dynamics to it like peanut butter chocolate or peanuts would make it more desirable to actually eat. I agree, it’s just chocolate. I’m not a pastry guy, but I would try all of his pastries because they look so cool inside and out.

I have to know… who is buying these giant chocolate sculptures though??? Rich people throwing parties? How would you even begin to eat them? Is it just decor? Surely he’s not so rich he just makes these things for fun. Someone out there is buying chocolate sculptures… BUT WHY

@@LaCeiba1924 I think it's mostly like ice sculptures they're probably just kept cool somehow and put on display for parties but he definitely does some of these just for KZfaq as he cuts them and takes a bite out of a lot of them.

right? he uses a lot of ingredients I don't recognize and I'd be curious what some of the fruits are. Those looked like a hybrid cherry-blueberry but I've no clue what they are??

You got to agree- Amaury is the king of making art with chocolate Sideserf Studio is the queen of making realistic cakes If joined together they can create a world made of realistic looking chocolate and cake that actually tastes fantastic.
