Our journey west continues and we land in Tucson, AZ to explore Saguaro National Park. The saguaro cactus is an amazing plant that can live over 150 years and can grow 40 to 60 feet tall. It's the iconic cactus that we all think of.

An incredible amount of cacti out there! How awesome. It's also great that you guys spend a good amount of time at the visitor centers to let the learning soak in before heading out to explore. Really cool!

There were so many! We use the visitor centers and junior ranger program as part of there homeschooling/roadschooling, so we spend a lot of time in there. Thanks for watching!!
