I have never seen coconuts like this before. Are they different to the kind of coconuts you buy in the store? The coconut meat is so thin and soft.

Unripe - young coconut like that . Days by days coconut meat become thicker and harder but coconut water more sweeter . Young coconut water have sour taste

Bà chị khi bóc múi thạch pudding thì nên dùng dao gẩy ra, hoặc đeo găng tay vào. Bàn tay trần đụng vào mọi thứ rồi lại đi bóc... Dù biết là không chạm vào phần bánh, nhưng tay trần như vậy khi bóc để lại nhiều đốm bẩn trên bánh, làm cho món thạch mất cả ngon. Vệ sinh sạch sẽ là một nghệ thuật trong bán hàng, hãy thay đổi.

In fairness, it is cleaner in opening the coconut shell to put the contents inside the plastic with straw for the juice to sip compare to the Philippines. I didn’t see anything flies flying around...nice!

So for the coconut putting flower item, did they go and use a gelatin to make it thicker or something? because I had seen them husking coconuts and the center of it was completely liquid.

Based on the color, that store probably mixed coconut water and coconut milk together, then add agar agar powder (not too much or else it will be too thicked like that, just enough so you can fell the coconut jelly melt in your mouth, also no gelatin), plus little sugar. But I like the one with 2 layers than, coconut water jelly layer and around 1 inch coconut milk jelly, it's refresher and creamier. Also, you can try making flan inside the coconut with pandan jelly 😋. The only hard part is crack open the coconut. The rest is easy.

My favorite!! Nobody knows but the number one medicine for UTI is coconut juice ( water ) everything coconut is good for you ( healthy -anti oxidant and medicine ) coconut oil is the best oil aside from olive.. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
