eh idk i saw a purple piece of chicken im not sure if its salmonella or somethin else

@@eastercat5683 It looks like a brand - you see it a lot on pigs, cows and sheep but never seen it on poultry before.

@@eastercat5683 i thought this too but i searched online and it says; "Why is My Chicken Meat Purple or Pink? If the bones inside the bird are purple/ pink this can cause discoloration to the meat close to the bones, even if the meat is safely cooked through to 165°F. The purple/ pink color can also come from carbon monoxide or nitric oxide produced from the cooker you use".
