when foreigners say we filipinos are good singers, i start to doubt my nationality

Think I'm going to go to the Philippines and just hang around the malls so I can hear so actual good singing.

These Filipino girls make famous American artists look like crap honestly.. this is real and raw talent!

What's with all these amazing Filipino people in malls that can freaking SING?!? I need to go fly over there stat.

The reason there are so many great singers is because... there are so many millions and millions of Filipinos that love to sing Karaoke. America, which has three times the population, probably doesn't have 1/10 as many people singing Karaoke as the Philippines does. With that many singing the cream that rises to the top is amazing. But to me the courage to sing in public in mall.... that is something blows me away.

I noticed her cover her ears almost the entire time. It’s really difficult to sing in tune when you don’t have a monitor, specially in an open space and a full crowd like that. She’s extremely good!

Apart from her great voice, her diction is also worth the applause.

When I was a child, I asked my late father that I wanted to join any singing competition and hopefully become a singer. Sadly, it never happened due to financial difficulties that he Could not afford to support me. I understood him. Now I am 45 years old and working overseas as an OFW. But I am glad that I am still singing on stage in the foreign land here in Papua New Guinea and never had the opportunity in my land in the Philippines. Kahit hindi man nangyari pero pa tuloy pa rin ako kumakanta at nag inspire sa mga tao na showcase their talents in any platform. Daghang Salamat sa Tanan ug tinuod jud na ang mga pinoy mahilig jud mukanta ba.

If I close my eyes, she sounds like a real professional singer with years of experience behind her. So polished. With that kind of voice, she could easily lend it to musical animations.
