I will gladly test this build, seems it has huge AOE damage. (Nerritorn). I play with shirking heals perks, should i change it? Or it still good?

It's not a bad perk to keep, conditioning is one of the best perks you can have defensively, but shirking heals can be better in certain cases.

We have only 1 pov from your mages and thats farmer john and all he does is spamming his abilities and checking scoreboard every few seconds, and he messaged us yesterday and said we should remove everyone who doesnt do X dmg or Y healing.

you have absolutely no physical resistances? What do you do when a GS/spear/GA/Rapier/Bow/SNS jump you? definitely spread your gems out to other type. Flame conditioning is fine I guess, but you're wayyyyy too overindexed on elemental resistances. A thrust based bow user will like 3 tap you. Any disruptor will just ruin your day. This is unnecessarily glass cannon-y

swap flame conditioning for slash/thrust conditioning on your armors. Or replace the opals with physical damage resistances (moonstone/onyx/or diamonds at least). If you're not running plagued crits on your FS - that's also an area to improve. It's a huge AOE build, but you're super not optimized for a war

Been playing in the top of the EU scene for a high majority of my playtime (8k+ hours), perhaps the meta is different from where you play which is fair to adapt your gems accordingly, but as a Firestaff player the easiest damage to mitigate without utilizing gems/conditionings is melee damage, melee damage is damage that you can almost always foresee (if you have good game sense and awareness), and because of that you can reposition, use IG right click to protect yourself from spears, sns, hatchets or other melee weapons, if you see heavies you shift away while they are locked into animation, you also have shower and entomb to prevent them from sticking. When it comes to ranged damage no good bow player will commit fully into thrust, mostly because in DEX fights you are always fighting spears so players naturally run thrust protection amulet and potentially emeralds, so you are mitigating two types of damage with one type of protection, most bow players will utilize syncretic bow with split gem, to prevent enemies from full stacking thrust protection, and as mentioned in the video FLEX/DPS generally fights certain types of enemies, they don't normally interact with DEX fights, unless you are assisting the DEX fight momentarily. So for a DPS/FLEX FS (Build shown on the video) going slash/thrust conditioning doesn't make much sense, UNLESS you are playing in a DEX group, which I wouldn't go this build in the first place, I would go for a FS & Rapier (finisher) approach, with burnout instead of meteor shower.
