I think it's pretty safe to say im a sucker for all things food!
Kingston Kitchen and its vendors came with the fire, serving up amazing food and drinks with over 80 vendors of all food genres in on location.
Hope Gardens in Kingston was the place for foodies and food adventurers to unite for an epic day of food and drinks. The venue was nicely set up and easily accessed. I got there early because of KZfaq restrictions I wanted to be able to film before the songs affected us talking to some of the wonderful vendors.
We were able to try some great foods and drinks and hi lighted in this video is:

This is the stoosh and modern twist on Jamaican cuisine that we don't get to see very often. Not a traditional dutch pot in sight but that's ok- we get to see a creative version of the island food scene!😋

Most are not original Jamaican cuisine, thus the festival shouldnt be called Jamaican food festival. Most of the people there are not even Jamaicans by nationality or birth, so they are showcasing their country food.

As a fellow Jamaican who was born in the country, I have to say I love my culture and especially our food. But as we know these foods are killing us daily, so we have to start eating more healthy foods. I had to make that drastic change or else I would have been dead. 6 trips to the ER with HBP. I already lost a parent and some of you that's here as well, to these easily avoided diseases. If we don't start doing better it's only a matter of time before it will catch up with us all . Thank god I saw the light before too late. hope you can do the same.

Also, I recently saw a documentary where they focused on the correlation of culture between Trinidad and Tobago, and the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria.

I think It should be Trinidad and India food since most Trinidadians are Indians. Maybe black people in Tobago would have similarities to Nigerian food, but they hardly showcased those food.

What’s up with Born Jamaica vendors. When I watch videos from around the world I see those videos vendors are local from the country, when I watch your videos you’re promoting Europeans vendors in Jamaica. There shouldn’t even be euro vendors in Jamaica. I guess I have to go to Yaard Style to see real Jamaica videos. Im sad to say Brotha you get a thumbs down.
