Hello my darlings! I am just back from my growing plots! More potatoes now in. Beetroot, cucumbers, tomatoes, lots of Differant breeds! Peas, French beans, butternut Squash, Asparagus, much more! Fruit trees bearing fruits. Hahahaha! The taste test! Amy, you do crack me up! 😃👍👍👍💗💗💗💗

Save your egg shells Amy! Wash them, dry them, put them into a coffee grinder until they turn into a powder, add dried yeast, mix with fine compost for planting and to dig into the earth. Great feed option for pennies! 👍👍👍👍👍😀

The egg shells are high in potassium which are super good for tomato plants !

They are also good roughly chopped up, to stop slugs and snails 🐌 from eating your plants. A small dish of beet also works, and they go very happy😅

I live in the UK and grow my own vegetables and fruit in the garden it tastes better home grown, I have picked strawberries, raspberries, potatoes and garlic

I finally, after years and years, found some blackberries that I want to believe came from our yard after telling the contractor do NOT touch my blackberry bushes or my figs. Well, you know he did and I've bought $$$ berry bushes from the nursery that all promptly died. I bought some pots to plant some starters and am, like you, afraid to look at the receipt. I came this close to pulling up a bunch of vines but stopped when they had mouse melons on them. Yea!!! But then walked around to the back and found what I know are nothing but weeds up to my head. It is going to be a long summer trying to get the yard back in shape.

Hill up the zucchini as well. Check out some tomatoes growing tips! I do believe some of the leaves need to come off so the plant will flower and give the fruit what it need to grow. Everything looks fantastic though!!! Love these videos!!

This Morning at home I repotted my Avocado’s that I have grown from their stones. It takes months for them to put out their roots, but when those leaves come! I need a greenhouse now on my growing lands for them.

You know my husband makes our tomato cages and it only cost us about half of what you paid for yours. You can make them small or large. Actually I could make them too. The are really easy to make. I usually use the small ones for my pepper plants and the large ones for my tomato plants. I really love what you have done with your garden. Love to you both.

Just a suggestion, but if you make a raised bed with the railroad ties, you could put posts on the corners and put a little fence around it so the pups can’t trample stuff.

Epsom salts are amazing. I buy 5 or 10 lbs every couple of years and just grab handfuls and through under plants or on the lawn. I had roses for a while (they drowned after hurricanes), and they loved epsom salts. All my shrubs have had handfuls of epsom salts lobbed at them, and they loved it.

I always go to the wood section and get wooden dowels to use as tomato stakes. The were like a dollar or a little more per dowel.

With apples, I mostly make apple crisp and for those I bag up 6 cups of prepared apples from in the freezer when I want an apple crisp, drag them out, thaw from in the pan and mix my coffee together and baker. I have a really good recipe if you want it. For pears I am egg, plant pears canned is a light syrup, cinnamon pears, made with red hots, you can make pear sauce and can make applesauce. You can make pear butter apple butter. There’s just lots of things you can do with apples and pears and you know when you do it yourself it’s organic.

Love how well your garden is doing! I'm trying to grow cherry tomatoes and mini cucumbers on my balcony. The plants are huge but the tomatoes have no flowers and the cucumbers only have male flowers. I have enough bees and bumble bees on my balcony because the rest is filled with beautiful flowers like petunias and a few others. Hopefully, I will get some harvest later in the season. I really love your last T-shirt, Amy. That looked like an image when you look into a kaleidoscope. ❤❤❤

Tomato stakes. You can use bamboo stakes and tie them with old clothing strips.
