Ok one more time for those in the back row: SOFT shelled crabs. As in the shell is SOFT enough to be eaten and digested. They are crabs that recently molted their hard shells and the chitin is soft enough to eat. Very high in Omega 3 fatty acids so they’re good for you (maybe not deep fried however).

ほとんど手作りで野菜も手切りだしまぁ調味料とかは致し方ないけどこんなホットドッグ日本でも食べてみたいですね、進出してくれないかな、韓国と日本の似通ったファーストフードって、韓国のお店は日本のお店超えてると思う。国内の高額なハンバーグのショップ巡りしたことあるけどあろうことか合挽きミンチのお店あったしそれも業務用だと思う、もうダメだよ。
