Apparently i need to leave America to get a good American burger. *Restaurants in the United States need to use this as a training video on how to make a good burger but also on cleanliness and hygiene. This is amazing. ❤

I used to work at a beef processing facility with these same machines, but I was on the sanitation/cleaning crew and never saw how the machines actually functioned. Really interesting seeing how the parts actually work.

A plus on hygiene ✨ D-C on execution. Very fatty (holey) and greasy burger patties. Like that's more grease than Beacon's chilli cheese aplenty burger (look it up) Should be 80% lean and 20% fat. Not everything has to have regular and Caramelized onions. Barely any butter on the buns. No dill pickles (cardinal sin) Saving grace is Mac and cheese and cheese slice portions

Щедро. Желание накормить вкусно, сытно от души - вот формула успеха. Очень жаль, что в бывшем СССР ничего не изменилось - главное набить свой карман. В пиццу поменьше дешёвого сыра, самую дешёвую колбасу и всего поменьше. Советский общепит спокойно занял свое законное место в советском бизнесе.
