It's a real shame you are using totally unusable low resolutions rather than the standard 720p resolution, forcing anyone to either watch in 480p or at a much higher but slowlier-loading resolution. Otherwise the videos are enjoyable to watch. It's amazing how those people manage to produce stuff with sub-standard equipment

The higher resolution you pick the more bandwidth you need. Not everybody has the luxury of high bandwidth and a fast computer ;) The maximum resolution I can watch without "pauses" while the video is being sent down the wire by KZfaq is 720p. Any resolution higher or at "American standard 60Hz" like 1080p60 or 720p60 is just too much for my bandwidth + conversion time to european 50hz standard on my computer

Anyone with a little bit of metallurgical knowledge can see that this is way too brittle just by the chips on the lathe. It will fail almost immediately when put into service. These guys don’t measure any of the scraps and put too much cast iron into the mix. They need to find the proper

Many hubs are cast iron, from the chips i can tell this iron has a lot less carbon than normal cast iron.. there's a lot of steel in their iron rather than a lot of iron in their steel

yeah they just seem to use "averaged" mixed iron for everything. Some old brake discs + some motor laminations + a few rusted bike frames + scrap steel bolts + rusted corrugate etc. etc. = perfect mix for every cast iron/steel product you care to name.

I don’t think there is a pair of work shoes in the whole of that country. Also who says you need a dial indicator to check the runout. As long as it looks round where it supposed to be round and flat where it’s supposed to be flat it’s good to go. That was a rough finish on the machined hub.

no worries about the grade of steel being used either...just throw any old scrap into the furnace. if it looks like the right steel it is the right steel
