Yes I agree as a Culinary graduate it does not matter what type of work you do in the kitchen you need to wear long pants, long sleeves if possible always gloves and for this kitchen definitely shoes, for a long time large food compressors are available, they do not have to dance on top of it to express flat and the air, this is a large manufacturing place with big equipment they could easily get one but for the most part they want to keep things the old-fashioned way into the eye is not good looking

Me too, admire these ppl with their job done. It's not an easy job to do, n not everyone is able to do it. I admitted, I'm one of them. It needs skillful performances n strength to make the noodles. TQVVM n God bless.

I love rice noodles. Especially in Pho with the 24 hour bone broth. So nourishing and healthy. Did you notice the lady breaking off the rice dough? Every one was the same size. These people are masters.

I love the way these noodles are made without machines money can’t buy. I like the way they are working down low and then shaking the noodles out doing the noodle dance. And I really want some water slide noodle soup😂

Maybe not all noodles in Taiwan are made this way, maybe a lot of them are made by machine, and this company actually specialises in making them using traditional methods and are a type of niche market. They could charge top dollar precisely because they are hand made by artisans, who knows ? I’m just guessing, but sometimes things aren’t how they look. 🤷‍♀️
