Although I don't eat pork, I really appreciate that you work so clean with your food. The equipment you use is also very clean. All the food looks delicious. The variety is large to pick from. The effort everybody puts into their work is impressive. Well done to everybody involved and thanks for combining so many videos into one. A pleasure to watch!

I made pork belly last month for a family get together and did the burnt ends method. Everyone loved it, but later I was shown a video similar to the first part so I made it that way for Thanksgiving. Wow was it good, a nice crispy skin kinda like eating crispy boneless pork ribs.

Wow, the pork bellies are huge. Pigs must be very big in Taiwan. Over here in the west, the bellies sold are not as thick.

1. crispy pork is just its name 2. looks like "蔥花捲", you should be able to find some examples via its direct translation - Green onion rolls 3. is just normal steak that appears in our night markets, which you should be able to find almost everywhere in Taiwan (and of course, at night.) 4. maybe 蔥花大餅, Scallion flatbread

i seen the kuala lumpur version. same cooking style both open drum can fit 4 slabs of pork belly. but this one is totally clean. charcoal residue was removed. nice

No hablo español así que usé el traductor de Google para responder. Este filete se encuentra a menudo en los mercados nocturnos de Taiwán y es muy barato, entre 5 y 10 dólares por ración. Este tipo de filete suele ir cubierto con salsa de champiñones o salsa de pimienta negra. El filete del video parece rociado con salsa de champiñones. No sé cómo hacer salsa de champiñones, pero los ingredientes de la salsa de champiñones los encontré en Google: rodajas de champiñones, cebollas, pasta de ajo, pasta de tomate, azúcar, sal, mirin, especias, maíz, cerdo, ajo Caldo de huesos.
