Save that parmesan rind and use it when you make minestrone soup or any kind of soup actually. Cook the rind in the broth and then take it out later and you will have an amazing flavor.

Yesterday I hopped on the escalator and I peered into the store beneath me. I saw a book signing and was like “cute” then the book closed and I saw that IT WAS YOU AND YOU WERE SIGNING A fans book. I was shocked. Wish I had a copy of your book to let you sign! ❤️❤️❤️

I made these biscuits and they are absolutely delicious! I had European butter and fresh chives, but no parmesan. I substituted Gruyère cheese and they were so good.

Never bought a cookbook before, but I made sure I purchased yours! I love how you separated the recipes into different seasons and used the appropriate harvest for the season. Buy. This. Book. Buy it now! What wonderful recipes. Last night I made the chicken pot pie, but didn't have time to make the biscuits, too. Luckily there is enough pot pie leftover for dinner tonight (since there are only 2 of us), so I'll be making the biscuits to go with.
