Seems to have a pretty good chin. And to top it all of he can get in the eye of the storm and brawl when necessary. Complete package. My favorite boxer currently.

Naoya's short left hook to the left side body is just deadly. Once that has been hurt the next punch there is just agonising. The look of pain on their faces is disturbing. Inoue is a very skilled boxer who works to a plan and makes very few mistakes. Probably the finest boxer to come out of Japan.

Inoue got rocks in his gloves. That guy has the heaviest hands on the planet.

His face doesn't look like the monster at all, but man looked could be deceived. His power is amazing and his liver punch is scary. I have to take my hat off to all fighters who stepped inside the ring with him.

What impresses me most is his precision and timing, excellent. Does'nt do you no good if you have the worlds most powerful punch if you can't land it. And oh my, these liver shots! I know how painful that is, that is no fun at all, being on the recieving end of one of those.

The most telling for me seeing him rise throught the initial rookie ranks is that he has a chin. So many flashy boxers who ride thier beginning success only to meet a fist to their jaw and crumble rarely ever make a come back but Inoue met that challenge. As a reference watch Inoue vs Donaire if you haven't already.

I keep telling every boxing fan I know that this little Japanese guy who fights at bantamweight is the best and most complete fighter in the game today. But because few people in the US pay attention to the lighter weight classes and have never watched him work, they all think I'm crazy...that no little guy can be the best fighter in the world. To that I say: if you ever get a chance to watch him fight you'll see for yourself. And when they try to tell me that Tyson Fury is the best (because he's a heavyweight I suppose), that's when I give up the conversation. Inoue would dominate any weight class he was in. The only other fighter I've seen over the past 10 years that comes close to Inoue is the Ukrainian Lomachenko. Those are the top two p4p fighters in the world in my view. Not even Canelo matches these guys in terms of mastery of every skill needed to be a successful prize fighter. What's special about Inoue (and Loma) is that he's always the predator, always stalking his opponent. And like Loma, he's so clever at maneuvering to get in position for the knockout. And no one has made the liver shot such a deadly weapon like he has. Speed, power, agility, stamina, toughness, punching precision, predatory tactics...Inoue is the complete package.

You can tell that Inoue has real power, because he's knocking guys down, even when they have their guard up. Inoue punches their glove, while in guard, and he still puts them away. WTF!!! He is seriously the best I have ever seen in the lower weight classes...

His shoulder work, waist work, and footwork are amazing. Many boxers can swing wide to gain speed and hence power from the circular momentum of a swing. But he uses his shoulders like a lever system. Left, right, left, right, ... A big swing is powerful, but difficult to control and hence very slow and ineffective most of the time.

It is absolutely ridiculous how much power he generates with the left hook in seemingly no time and with little backswing. The sound it makes when he makes contact (which is often). His footwork is impeccable too. Absolutely insane. It’s like he’s not even human.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many guys go down from body shots. I think that’s an indication of his KO power, when he nails a guy in the kisser.

Long time boxing fan here. Very nice editing, writing, narration etcetera, but . . . you sort of short shrifted what I consider Inoue's greatest fight. His fight with Nonito Donaire. It was clear that Donaire was respected by Inoue, and Donaire was able to fight right to the end giving as good as he got. Inoue's gestures of respect to Donaire at the end of the fight was very sportsmanlike and I think he was showing he truly respected Donaire's heart and talent. It was a great fight by both boxers. Anyway, very nice video. I gave it a like!

Because today's art has fallen into too low an emotional state that denies the "play of ideas". For example, it is because it yearns for substantive, "yelps" or "sweat and blood" or "cries and screams" and tries to imply them. Inoue proves that "art's emotion is not like that.

Inoue is the only greatest all time. Mike Tyson or Muhammad Ali are not dare to compare with him. The former champions should be grateful for not living same time with him. He is flawless and will end his career undefeated.
