This is a place where Jinju Naengmyeon, famous as one of Korea's top three naengmyeons, is made with great care, from seafood broth to noodles. Cold noodle was the one I love the most when I visit Korea last summer. I didn't expect so much, but was surprised bcoz the cold of the noodle goes so well with the hot weather. Simple but not simple in the same time. Hope I will have a chance to re-visit Korea one day, and enjoy cold noodle again...
