Hello! It’s best to soak the noodles in warm water for a few minutes and then drain . And then put into your vegetables after it’s already seasoned... Also top it of with green onions and turn of the heat and stir .. Oh and fry your eggs flat like a pancake and cut it up finely and put it on the side . Scrambled eggs will makes your stir fried noodles mushy and taste like soupy instead of dry and crunchy.

I make something similar all the time. I partially cook the noodles first then stir fry the veggies. Onions and garlic are so good in it. Then if you like a bit chunkier eggs you can make a well in the middle and let the eggs cook and chop them up. I also love that sesame oil in it! You can add bacon pieces or ham...whatever you have around...Tfs!

DT has a canned luncheon meat. Like spam. Slice it and fry with onions.( nice and brown.) add 3 or 4 packages of Roman noodles some soy sauce and garlic. I like to add a veggie.... Broccoli or peas..... Oh almost forgot about a cup or so of water and when noodles are done. Bon appetite. Thanks for sharing......yes I put in the flavor packets. 😊

I went right to the kitchen, did the same way except I added 5 spice Oriental seasoning and a can of Tyson chicken to everything you used. A couple sweet n sour packet from takeout earlier this month ..it's delicious!! Took 10 about 10 minutes. Thanks!!

Tiffany, I have used Ramen noodles for decades in Stir fry. I save the little season packets for other uses. I also cut up Bok Choy while the stir fry is cooking to add in the last 10 minutes or so. The green part will wilt and the stems will remain kind of crunchy like water chestnuts in Chinese cooking.

I made this for my husband with Purdue original already cooked chicken strips cut into cubes. I threw in a bag of frozen snow peas, broccoli and water chestnuts. I also put in a few leftover packets of duck sauce. He absolutely loved it! Thanks for the great idea!

I was like add egg, and then you decided to add egg. Lol. Reminds me of egg fried rice. Its egg fried ramen! Yum! Last night for dinner, I mad soy sauce flavor ramen cooked by package directions and a peanut butter sandwich on the side. And it was good.

Tiffany Kroger has stir fry vegetables in the frozen food section that are really good with water chestnuts and roasted red pepper it is wonderful added to Ramen noodles

One of my favorite quick, simple meals is macaroni and egg. Boil macaroni, drain, place in a skillet with butter. Scramble some eggs and pour over the macaroni and cook till done. Add salt and pepper...and more butter if you want. Just macaroni and egg...no veggies or meat. Yummmmmmmmm!! My Mama made this for us when I was young and she was stretching food until payday. One of my faves...♥️🥰😋

I’ve had this as a meal many a day. We usually put some egg rolls in the oven or fry some dumplings up too

I boil my noodle slightly than drain set aside first than stir fry other ingredients add noodle in mix with seasoning. Great idea though. A little soy sauce and honey oyster sauce or teriyaki is good too.

Those ramen noodles stir fry looks great. I've added thin chicken and/or beef strips to mine before which was really good too. Glad you're posting cook with me videos Tiffany because they give us ideas for meals and are fun to watch.

I always break up the noodles BEFORE I open the package...just kind of gently push down and crunch the package and the noodles will be in bite size pieces! Much easier than trying to break them up in the pan. 😉 AND...this looks amazing...I could almost smell it through the screen. Keep the videos coming, girly!! 👏🏻
