Barry Lyndon is the one of the greatest historical films ever made. It captures the essence, authenticity and details of 18th century Europe extremely well. Additionally, it has a poignant and striking human story. And it is the main reason I started to listen Handel's Sarabande.

The perfect movie to benchmark your projector installation for your home cinema. This movie was made for the big screen. Hitchcock's "Vertigo" comes also in mind in regards to a movie that stuns with its vistas.
