Well thats a question answered once n for all, women CAN over haul heavy equipment, if these guys with the upper body strength of a teenage girl can do it then i'm pretty sure the girls in the diesel mechanics course will do just fine

For getting done the job with the tools that you’ve given to use by the shop . Good on all ! Not everyone has a company that likes owning $$$$$$$$$$$ to the bank , for A to make all look good and B not smart enough to do what needs to be done to get paid to feed the family. Hell of a job not afraid work .👍👍👍👍👍

Thanks for commenting on my video , I don't understand that what are you saying but I can explain these Mechanic's did Repaired rollers on lathe machine bcz rollers was misbalance like zigzag so machanic's did grand on lathe machine and done balance difference.. if u have any question u can asked my thanks🥰 love from Pakistan ♥️

Cannot see the point in doing all that damage just to refit worn top rollers. At least build them up to the correct size with weld. The tracks will be forever slack or jacked out too far. Waste of effort.

They have not realized the meaning of their work. Turn off rollers.Why? Makes no sense at all. Weld on and then turn off. But over time, they have forgotten the essentials. But in the end, the dust-dry chain pin crowns the whole.

Hello, the rollers are cut so that they have the same diameter or the same size so that the weight of the bulldozer can be adjusted on all of them.

This is a wrong work !. They haven't discarge the grease from the dozer chains tensioner, so have find some difficult for reassembly the chains Need flame for this job They have decrease the rollers diamters for continuos to use them, with old chains. How much time ? How much tthe cost ? Better change the rollers, by chineses made rollers ( all now are China made ). Cost lower that all this manpower work !. Changed the bushing and seals kit, for what ? for reassembly chains with grousers without bars, too usured ?? Before dismantled the upper rollers, when you understand that the screw have too rust, heating with the flame. Repeat as the D 155 engine: this company owner is good for work in the roman time, not in the 2023 !!!!!!! PS: very beautiful the hyd puller !. REPEAT : VERY GOOD MECHANICS TEAM DIRECTED WITH A COMPANY OWNER WITHOUT BRAIN, OUT OF TIME ! TKS

Somehow I understood all that and you sound right. People try to cut costs for the short term but end up paying so much more in the long term.
