This video is a testimonial and showcase of the technique that I teach. This is David Philips he came to me about a year ago with nerve damage to his vocal fold I gave him some of the exercises I use to help him out. Listen to his story. He also went to his ENT and the Dr was surprised at how much it healed..
as always for lessons with me

I can't even always get to a C5 in falsetto (hooty breathy type like Emotional Rescue) but I can usually get to an A4 in a regular connected head voice (or mix) if I'm sufficiently warmed up, although I usually can't sustain it that much and wouldn't likely use it in a live situation. My falsetto range started gradually decreasing around the age of 40. I used to be able to hit at least an E5 in breathy falsetto if warmed up, but that decreased to a D5 above the age of 40 and now I'm lucky if I can hit a C5 in falsetto. I used to be able to get to a B4 or even a C5 in a regular connected head voice if warmed up, but not something I would have used in a live situation. Sometimes I can still get to a Bb4 in regular head voice in an exercise, mainly on an ooh vowel, but not always, and it's really a stretch. Wondering if my situation means the method would not allow me to recover lost range?

I can say with 100% certainty you could recover lost range I’m 52 and my range increased I also have a student that is 72 and he can’t believe his transformation. If you put the work in and you don’t have an ailment you will get all your range back plus some
Pop/Crooning vs Classical/Gospel/Rock singing.. no reactions :)
