Hi. So can the 580 drive motor assembly work on the 1550 model as well? I figured the components are the same for the most part other than the metal shell.

Hi I've just bought one of these for my son and the front metal scoop won't move i have no idea what to do.

Elwoodlpool 1978 i had the same problem, try to adjust the arm with the shovel on. i had to remake it so i could use shovels from bruder excavators

I even opened it up and the motor for the scoop is dead. My sons really upset and the. Company have not responded

Oh, you can look for a new motor. But i know how that feels when they are not responding when something doesn't work. Look for a new motor 😊

Eirik prikken i did try a motor on the end of the wire and the new motor didn't work either...i have no idea

Elwoodlpool 1978 are you sure the motor is 7.2v? it might be something with the circuit board, try to open up the machine and follow the wires to see if they can be loosened or damaged
