3 zucchini
3/4 eggs depending on size
80g of cheese
breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of flour
salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano
frying oil

Great zucchini recipe. I think it would be better to cook this in the oven due to the cheese, it would become firm and crusty. 😊 😋

Covering the pan takes away crispness, other then that looks yummy!!

hello, covering the pan is used to cook the zucchini without burning the top but the result was still crispy😊

Yes I make them in the air fryer. Amazing results. No eggs just cornflour slurry and bread crumbs with salt and herbs.

You can use an air fryer but buy olive oil in can and spray onto Zuchinni fritters both sides and cook. Very impressed with my extra virgin olive oil in can you use less oil and tastes Bellissimo. 🤗

Yes but it won’t be as delish. If using good oil (olive oil) what’s the problem?? It’s only polyunsaturated oils like vege and canola that are harmful
