A very good video! I recently completed the “loop” process for a leadership role, my experience with them was disappointing. The recruiter warned me that some of the leadership principle questions “might not apply” to the context, and if the questions they asked made no sense, to ask “for another one”. When it came to the interview itself, the 5 loop interviewers were literally reading off their questions with no real engagement or enthusiasm. Every time I didn’t have an answer with a “metric” they asked for another example.. “this time with a metric”. Example: they asked me “when did you have to disagree with someone, and what was the outcome, how did you measure it, can you share a metric?”. Literally that was the question. My view is, in an attempt to be comprehensive and consistent, they are asking some dumb questions, and they are not being very engaging. FINAL TIP - wear a hoody and have a beard. I wore a shirt and tie, and 2 of the 5 called me out on it. Every one of them was dressed casual.

@@TheOneCricketVR A metric would be a system to measure the outcome of a task, project, functionality or process, for example, how do you measure whether adding a new feature to an application is benefiting or hurting a user experience? A metric in this case would be something like engagement or retention which can be measured using customer visits or percentage of users returning.

@@GinoDaHora Total 2 rounds were there. Each round had 3-4 questions based on situations which were needed to be answered using STAR technique based on one of the leadership principles. Hope this helps.

The 22 questions are really important that pass my interview website provides for amazon. In my interview, the two questions were straightforward from those 22 questions. Rest questions were also somehow linked with those 22 questions. I am really thankful to the team. Kudos to the team.

@@navbrar1231 I had my phone interview today and made it to the final stage of the interview process.. the Virtual "in person" interview. My phone interview was roughly 80-90% technical questions. Here are some of the questions I remember... How to resolve Mac Keeps Asking for Keychain “Local Items” Password? What are some differences between Macs and PCs? How to resolve Outlook keeps freezing or failing to launch on Mac issue? How to find hardware configuration in MAC? How would you troubleshoot External Monitors not working for Windows? How would you troubleshoot internet connection issues for Windows 10? How would you troubleshoot "The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed" error on Windows? How would you troubleshoot a Virus on a computer What does it mean if the Printer is printing out random texts and how to resolve? How to create new profile if its corrupted in outlook? How to grant admin access to user on mac? What is the iOS Keychain? What are some differences between the Linux OS and Windows OS?

I just received notice yesterday that I got promoted to a area manager (L4)... before my interview I listened to your video over n over again and I would pause the video and role play with myself in the car as I drive to work... I gained so much knowledge just from listening to your video and how to be excited and passionate about being promoted to the next level. My HR representative at my station got some feedback from my interviewers and said that I rocked that interview… Thank you for creating this video it really helped me out a lot to understand the interview questions and what they were looking for as far as how to answer the questions. You really helped me prepare for this two hour interview and now I’m a Area Manager 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
