Hi Krystel! Thanks for the video super helpful! Just some questions that are more specific to someone shipping their products from their own facility in the UAE. (1) SKU labels have to be printed for every item within the box? in your example that would be the 50 units? (2) Is the reason we "wouldn't need them" be because in your example we are forwarding this information to our supplier? (3) I noticed however your summary page said "Boxes: 2 , SKUs: 1, Units: 50"? So is the SKU in this case for the whole box? (4) Is the appointment only necessary because we choice the "non-partnered carrier"? Excuse the questions if they are silly, really appreciate your videos :)

Hi can you explain about the custom clearance and tax in UAE when we ship products. I believe the custom tax is 5%. Do you need importer of record? Or we can ask the courier, eg Fedex to collect the tax on behalf. Shipping from Singapore to Middle East is not cheap. Will UAE customers be okay with it? I am keen to sell in Amazon middle east but i need to understand the market there well. I currently sell in Amazon USA, Amazon Australia and Amazon Singapore.

it is useless. every time I got appointment issue. there are some reasons for that. but the biggest problem is uncertain duration of customs clearance. You need a company for deliver your shipments to amazon warehouse. I work with Arrivage for Dubai. I am still searching for a shipping company for KSA.
