As a retired police officer, no police officer on the west coast would not report credible claims of domestic violence. You could lose your job / career. Every DV call gets documented. Irregardless of if someone wants to press charges or not. It says a lot that four officers came and went and found it not credible. They could care less about who’s calling, status, wealth etc. they just flat found it not credible.

I didn't call the police for fear of threats made to my children's lives but... the neighbor did and the police officers made sure to report all claims and took me in to the police station to take pictures of my face and all injuries.... there was no way the officers were just going to walk away. my abuser was arrested and charged with dv and spent 3 years for battery

I agree with you Amber is a terrible person that has no idea what real domestic violence is. My dad was horrible and beat my mother when we were kids he was a true monster, it was impossible for my mom to hide the injuries even though she tried really hard with make up hairstyles large glasses and a scarf. I was young at the time five years old and I remember people asking her about her injuries, my mom would work on hiding them and then ask me if I could still see them. When my dad would finish beating her up and leave as soon as the door closed it was so relieving we were so happy he was gone. Not one single time did my mom die or my brothers ever ask my dad not to leave because we were all afraid of him. My mom would’ve never talked back or said anything to make him mad because he would beat her for that. I’m sorry you went through abuse also it is horrible I believe Amber should be punished for what she’s doing.

In 2009 I was placed on deferred probation for domestic violence. I had a payed lawyer. Was in the Army at the time. As God is my witness there was no abuse. What happened was I wanted to go to my best friends house. My then wife objected and started a argument. I stood at the door arguing back and forth but I should have left. Anyways she threatened and came at me with a aluminum bat. I pinned her against the wall and took the bat and went put it in my car but I didn’t leave thinking that would make me look guilty. I knew she was calling the cops as she did that all hell of a lot in the past for verbal arguments. Well because of that the police told me that I was going to jail because they had been called out too many times before and she was a woman so I had to take the ride. Had to bond out and plead no contest in court because of the past call outs. I took that plea because 1, a domestic violence conviction would end my military career and 2, I was going to Germany shortly so the probation would be pretty much non existent. But in no way did I abuse her. She even called the DA and said so but they didn’t care. I tell that story to say that a lot of mens lives have been ruined because of bitter, evil women. The love wasn’t there anymore and she knew it so in those moments she acted emotionally. Also the type of plea I took would fall off my record in a year without any other arrest. I was confident of that by me being stationed halfway across the world from her and sure enough I completed it and had my record cleared. Guys and Women, when you get extreme red flags, DO NOT OVERLOOK THOSE PLEASE! It will cost you and her calling the cops every damn time we had a argument were extreme red flags. Cops come in hot to domestic situations and anybody that cares for you would never call the cops for a argument. So I applaud Johnny for sticking up for himself and it has become clear that this woman is a pathological liar! Good for him

I can tell you from experience as a California resident and survivor of domestic violence that, in my case, the neighbors heard my screams and called the police at least 3 times that I can recall. In every case where police were called, the officers took a report and photographed all of my visible injuries (there was a lot that I didn’t even notice including an actual hand print bruise on my chest, marks around my throat, bruises to the back of my neck, bruises on my arms and back… there were several more!) I was afraid to talk to the police, and they knew it, but they took a report and documented my injuries! I begged them not to arrest my then-boyfriend because my family was being threatened and I’d rather have let him kill me than hurt my family… The fact that the police who showed up to Amber’s literally saw nothing is proof that the incident(s) was so insignificant, they didn’t even take a report! That should tell everyone something because, had she been bruised-up, they’d at very least have had to take a report and likely photograph her! This detective helped Johnny’s case so much!

Thank you for sharing your story. It's not easy. I grew up in California. I had a family member who would try and stage domestic violence incidents against their ex who tried to leave. The police caught pretty quickly...and eventually told them to stop it! When they couldn't go that route, they turned on the new partner. It was crazy. The police again caught on pretty quickly to what was happening. They knew they were dealing with a crazy person. In cases like these the police know what to look for, they can recognize what's real and what's not. Amber heard has hurt real victims and has made the police look incompetent. I very happy that you got out. Much love and blessings your way!

Johnny was not the only man this woman was seeing before, it's just that Johnny fell for her.. im sure if James Franco or Elon had asked amber before Johnny, we would be seeing them on trial now. She came thinking she was gonna be some super star, she's beautiful.. but she can't act! So, she had to get her money.. therefore, you have this absurd court trial. She's flipping it up, she was abused, where really, she is the actual abuser..I believe all the bonbons she's saying she got, really is what was happening to Johnny. She takes her assistants SA as her own..Dr. Currys diagnosis was spot on. Not saying Johnny wasn't abusing drugs and alcohol, but why are they not talking about her drug abuse, because by the looks of her tense jaw, or idk, her actually snorting up on the witness stand? She needs to be stopped!

Even the bodycams from the police didn't really show signs of an actual assault or a DV. I have worked in law enforcement for probably around 30+ yrs. My first 10+ years in law enforcement were dedicated to victims of abuse. Everything I have seen, in my opinion, was staged. Law enforcement (especially the one cop who specializes in DV), is trained to notice the difference between an actual assault or a staged assault.

To me it is clear. If the police turn up and the "victim" is non-cooperative, they can still make a report even if there is no evidence of physical injury, just property damage or other evidence, but this report is not a crime report it is for future pattern finding. Evidence of "victim" non-cooperation is not evidence of dv, you would think it was from the questioning. I think the call was vague, and the evidence non-existent, and together with non-cooperation, it meant a report was not necessary in these instances.

If anything is visible the officers would file reports. You are correct, many victims are scared of what happens when they leave so they often are not cooperative for many reasons. While this lady has indicated that an incidence report doesn't mean there was a crime, she did say that any evidence would lead to a real report. In my experience The police takes these allegations very seriously , My father was previously an alcoholic that on very rare occasions would get too drunk and would go into rage... every time the police came they offered safety , they offered (and often did take him away to a clinic until he sobered up if he was , suspected of being dangerous) and offered to send council and legal representation/support as well as they took general report of things that happened. To describe one of these scenes of DV, my grandma passed out face first and was on the floor, my head was busted with a chair and my mother was barely able to speak from being in shock and survival mode , visibly hurt and shaken. She broke down emotional on the spot and they took him away. They woke up my gran and made sure everyone was safe , then they took me to hospital. However if there was no probable cause to act , they would not act, for instance my brother a prior drug addict , hurt himself while on a binge and his gf called the police (it wasn't domestic abuse) , but it was a case of him being danger to himself. She was hoping for an "intervention" and maybe some way to get him to rehab. They could not do anything , because there was no crime or no report of crime , but they still offered her legal representation took report AND offered him to take him to shelter until he feels better, which he denied being still fucked up/nodding off. They also sat her down and took her trough the process of getting a restraining order if she choose to get one on the basis that it was her house and he was a druggie. Cops are VERY serious about these calls these days. It's not like they're playing FAVORITES with anyone.

I have no control over my drinking when I drunk I always would go "all out". Otherwise If I tried drinking conservatively like my friends I wouldn't get drunk and would get constant intense headache. So it was either dead ass drunk or not at all. My brother doesn't drink either, but struggled with drugs that made him self-destructive. Thankfully I have never touched a person in my life having a clear example of how not to act , for lack of better word I am a monk and I practice a way of life that is accepting of all circumstances bad or good in neutral way , because neutrality , is incredibly stable and leads to unshaken peace. From my understanding, the procedure when responding to a call is to: investigate the surroundings for evidence or witnesses, then question anyone and everyone on the scene, collect the narrative or the lack thereof, then within the event that there is visible damage whether or not towards property or person which suggests a crime to make note of or arrest suspects, after which a report is created documenting the totality of the crime or in the case of nothing remarkable you write that the call was one of a verbal dispute and file it away in case there are future calls. My understanding of the supplemental report is one in which the officers after returning from a scene take a pop quiz as to their conduct and results of the investigation/visit.

If you show up and someone was stabbed or shot, of course you’d have to call for medical help and start taking photos and getting witness statements regardless of whether or not anyone wanted to press charges. Was Elaine trying to imply the police officers didn’t do their job properly? I’m thinking Elaine was told things that aren’t true or she’s trying to make it sound like the officers were biased? It’s very easy to presume things that aren’t true.

They have an extremely large population and have to go through many steps to make sure something is looked into properly to make sure everyone is tended to/seen. They’re not going to casually overlook this because it’s some celebrities. They have no gain in any of this. They don’t know JD or AH personally to care, so they know they have to look into these things and double check to make sure it doesn’t come back to bite them. I've ranted on but AH is a little crazy, feel sorry for her child, and AH, is digging a hole in response to Vasquez questions, getting pissed off by AH response but it is working as AH saying stuff implicating the op Ed wasn't just about JD, bingo ,she originally said it wasn't about JD!

I hope he wins the 50 million as it's been proven in not only what he presented as evidence but by People Amber Turd brought in so far during her case. I think the night the police were there Amber had hurt Johnny after they were called but before they showed up, In that moment that panicked so after Johnny got out of there they planned to quietly “smash” the place up a little bit (so security or nobody heard) so if Johnny did say anything to the police and showed them marks caused by Amber she could say she done it in self defence, then they made marks on her (the marks on her eye looks like she had been scratching at it) and took photos to fake that he attacked her first just in case, that’s why it’s so shabbily done and clearly staged. The cops still showed up to ask of what happened saw the marking on my dads face and asked what happened. My dad claimed it was a cat scratch but obviously they knew it wasnt and took my mom for arrest. I still remember that day even to now.
